The Future is Now

Billed as one of the largest contiguous tracks of undeveloped land minute away from I-95, Port Deposits Bainbridge Complex offers over 1200 acres of prime real-estate set in a place that  time had stood still, Historic Port Deposit Maryland. 

Centrally located between Baltimore and Wilmington, Philadelphia and Washington DC and New York and Richmond,  Sixty percent of the population in the United States can theoretically reach this location in one driving day. The facility has great promise to draw from a unique balance bands of cities for events, conventions and concerts.

Part of the complex was home to the Nationally Historic Registered Buildings of the Jacob Tome Institute. These Granite structure are little more than a hundred years old. These solid structures are to be completely refurbished and converted to a use not yet determined.

We will be providing updated on the progress of the project and hopefully have that important first shovel of earth moved.
